Deposits

To secure your appointment for a facial at Radiant Skin Oasis, a non-refundable deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your facial treatment.

Cancellations

We understand that life happens and plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid forfeiting your deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in the full deposit being forfeited.

No call, No Show

In the event of a no-call, no-show appointment, the full deposit will be forfeited, and future appointments may require pre-payment in full.

Guests

For the comfort and relaxation of all our clients, we kindly request that only the scheduled client attend their appointment. Additional guests, including children, are not permitted in the treatment room unless they are also receiving a service. Teens aged 18 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Late Policy

Please arrive promptly for your scheduled appointment to ensure you receive the full duration of your facial treatment. If you arrive 15 minutes after your scheduled time, your appointment will be forfeited, and any deposit will be retained. Failure to notify us of a late arrival and subsequent no-show will result in the full deposit being forfeited, and future appointments may require pre-payment in full.

Teen Facials

All teens aged 18 and under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian when receiving a facial treatment at our spa. We value the importance of parental involvement in skincare decisions and want to ensure that both the teen and their guardian are fully informed and comfortable with the treatment process.

This policy helps us maintain a safe and supportive environment for our teen clients and ensures that they receive the appropriate guidance and supervision during their facial experience.
