Appointment Policies
Deposits To secure your facial appointment at Radiant Skin Oasis, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required at booking, applied towards your total treatment cost. Cancellations & Late Policy We understand plans can change. Notify us 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule to avoid forfeiting your deposit. Please arrive promptly; a 15-minute late arrival may result in forfeiture of your appointment and deposit. No Call/No Show In the event of a no-call, no-show, we empathize but must forfeit your full deposit. Future appointments may require pre-payment. Guests For the comfort of all clients, please attend your appointment alone. Exceptions for teens under 18 require a parent or guardian present during their facial. Prepare for Your Appointment 1. Follow These Important Guidelines: -​Stop the Use of Active Ingredients: Discontinue the use of products containing active ingredients 5-7 days prior to your appointment to avoid irritation. Common active ingredients include: *Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs): Glycolic acid, lactic acid, citric acid, mandelic acid, and malic acid. *Beta Hydroxy Acids (BHAs): Salicylic acid. *Retinoids: Retinol, retinoic acid, adapalene, and tretinoin. -Do Not Wax: Avoid waxing your face 3-5 days before your appointment to prevent sensitivity or adverse reactions. -Remove All Jewelry: Please remove all jewelry before your appointment to ensure a smooth and effective treatment.
